Regrettably, our premises are unsuitable for children under twelve.
Our house is smoke free; we ask you to please only smoke in the garden.

Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on offering the discerning traveller a memorable experience. Having only two ensuite rooms means we can assist you, however it also means that late cancellations exclude others unnecessarily and affects us significantly.

Whilst we appreciate that unexpected events occur, we do require 30 days notice of cancellation or a reduction of your reservation. Notice within the 30 day period will incur a 30% fee; within 7 days or less, 100%. Naturally we will try and re-book your reservation and if successful will waive the cancellation fees.

We strongly encourage guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their itinerary.
