Our home, your holiday escape, is surrounded by two acres of garden,
lovingly created and landscaped over the years.
There are many surprises waiting to be discovered nestled in the foliage,
with copper beeches planted by us growing majestically throughout.
Sweeping lawns, flowering beds, trees, lead the eye to the mountains.
The garden invites you to explore and enjoy.
It is a haven to retire to, to wander, talk or relax.
Read, enjoy a glass of local Nelson wine or rest in a shady corner.
Our free ranging hens will appear from time-to-time and,
towards the end of the garden, our doves reside in their dove cote.
The many resting places invite you to sit awhile,
relax and enjoy your surroundings.
The evenings entice you to star gaze, without the light pollution of many cities.
Artworks throughout the garden vary
from hand crafted sculptures created by local artists,
to recycled artifacts lovingly recrafted to form new planting habitats or artworks.
